Oats With Milk

On a warm summer day, you can sip on these oats with a milk dish, which is a delicious and healthful beverage. Along with being a natural body coolant, this oatmeal beverage is minimal in calories and fat.

A miracle food known as oatmeal is capable of removing all the cholesterol from our bodies like a sponge. This Oats Buttermilk, also known as savory porridge made with buttermilk and oats, is low in calories, easy on the stomach, and increases the amount of fiber in our diet.

You may have this oat spiced buttermilk guilt-free if you have diabetes rather than consuming hot beverages during the morning break. If you intended your husband to cut back on his regular use of tea, coffee, and sugar, you might give him a bottle of this buttermilk to sip on during break time.

Making this into a thick porridge allows you to eat it for breakfast, which is particularly beneficial if you’re on a strict diet.

This recipe for oats spiced buttermilk is ideal to eat on a fasting day because it contains neither onions nor garlic.

You may also use cooked, unused oatmeal if you prefer not to use raw oats. Gluten-free rolled oats could be substituted for instant cooking oats, but you must first soak them in water for twenty to thirty minutes to soften them so they will mix properly with the beverage.

INDIAN BUTTERMILK IS KNOWN AS CHAAS.

In Indian homes, Chaas is a popular yogurt-based beverage made with Dahi. With yogurt, water, and a few spices added, it makes the perfect summer beverage. It is not only calming and energizing but also healthy. Usually, a meal will include this diluted yogurt.

Our body’s overall immunity is boosted by the beneficial bacteria found in curd, and stomach disorders such as stomach infections, irritable bowel syndrome, and irregular bowel movements are decreased.

NOTES ON THE RECIPE

1. If you don’t have black salt on hand, utilize ordinary salt instead because it has excellent digestive characteristics.

2. The chaat masala powder gives the beverage a tangy flavor; if you do not have it, you can enliven the beverage by adding a half teaspoon of lemon juice.

3. This oats spiced buttermilk would separate if it is transported in a container; thus, shake it thoroughly before consuming.
